Quince is a fruit tree of the family rosaceae, 4-5 m height, with a red brown body. It has a shallow root system that does not go deep. The quince tree is mostly found in Turkey through out the world. Quince fruit contains 84% water and 15% carbohydrates, mostly sugar, andtheratio of fat and protein is very low.
